My Client are looking for a creative and innovative HR Project Manager to join their team.
As an HR Project Manager you will be responsible for designing and implementing a full and effective performance management process and system. This role will work closely with the executive board and directly reports into the HR Director.
The successful candidate will be a strong generalist with experience of designing and implementing large scale HR projects, you will also need to be able to influence at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in large complex organisations. The preferred candidate will have experience of working within the NHS and also the private sector.
