HR Project Manager

I am currently working on a great job opportunity with a client of mine in ZURICH. They are looking for an HR PROJECT MANAGER to join their team on contract basis (8-12 months).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management for the implementation of a new ERP system (still to be chosen which one exactly)
- Support the HR department (Chief HR Officer, Senior HR Manager) with various HR related projects, initiatives and operations globally
- Stakeholder's and external vendors' management
- Manage all project status reporting, proactively provide project updates to project team and stakeholders
- Work with cross functional departments, elevate and manage project risks and issues
- Create and update training manuals, process documents and policies where necessary
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- University degree or equivalent in HR
- Training/education in Project Management
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in Project Management as well as in HR Operations
- Previous experience in implementing ERP systems and tools
- Fluent in English. German/French would be an advantage
- Able to manage and coach people
- Independent, pragmatic and well-organized
- Proactive with "can do" attitude
