Reporting to the 'Head of Transformation' you will be in integral part of my clients Technology Group Transformation Program. This workstream will provide leadership and delivery ownership pf the HR and people related projects. The successful applicant will have experience of roll out strategies in Leadership and Development, Cultural Change, Organisation Design and associated tools and technologies, as well as Business Process, Business Analysis, Vendor Management, Data Analysis ans SaaS.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a matrixed project team/resource management/schedule management/project plans etc
- Business Analysis and Business Process Analysis
- Data analysis, configuration and set up.
- Vendor management - vendor tasks and vendor deliverables
- Manage the project risks, develop mitigation plans
- Ability to travel as needed
