My client, a leading UK Bank, are currently looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to work out of their Bristol offices on a long term contract basis.
The HR Project Manager will be part of a large HR Transformation programme to improve HR systems and processes and this role will responsible for the development of the HR Operating Model.
The successful HR Project Manager candidate will have the following:
- Extensive HR Project Management experience - the client needs a Senior PM, at least 5 years HR Project Management experience essential
- Financial Services experience highly desirable
- Strong background in HR System and Process change
- HR Operating Model design experience required
