Our client, a multinational in the pharmaceutical industry, currently requires a HR Project Manager, for a 3-months project.
Location: South of Brussels
Start date: ASAP
Job purpose:
As HR Project Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Recruitment & Mobility Lead to drive different facets of the internal mobility processes and policies.
* Participate and drive different HR projects related to internal mobility and recruitment.
* Responsible for project planning, communication, and completion of the project, while working closely with the R&M Lead.
* Responsible for developing, monitoring, tracking, reporting/presenting Mobility Project deliverables.
* Uses project management skills to manage projects in a structural and professional manner
* Create Project Materials and - Documentation, which is needed as supporting material for communication with the broader HR community and the business.
* Participate in bringing visibility and integration to global openings and mobility strategies at all levels across HR.
* Guide internal candidates who find themselves in a situation of Organisational Internal Mobility, while providing a positive candidate experience (Coaching, Career Guidance, Prepare Job Interviews,)
* Liaise with the broader HR Community (R&M, HRM, HRBL, Unions ) in order to align across the HR Community and Stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in human resources, psychology, economics, science, or related field
- 5+ years of broad, diversified recruiting and staffing experience
- Significant Project Management Experience across different HR Topics with a focus on Recruitment and Internal Mobility
- Team player
- Strong in both conceptual thinking (eg alignment with HR strategy) and operational delivery
- Capability to build a strong understanding of the business and to build strong relationships with the business
