Key duties will include:
* Manage all projects through the life cycle
* Manage all resources, project pipeline and budget
* Ensure employees are engaged with the projects and gain buy-in
* Stakeholder Management
* Support the HR Division on all other matters relating to the projects
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Experience HR professional with experience in managing HR change projects
* Excellent knowledge of project delivery
* Proven track record in Stakeholder Management
* Experience of delivery HR advice and support on HR projects
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, but this is not essential.
