HR Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER with ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE experience required for 11 MONTH CONTRACT with PUBLIC SECTOR organisation in PERTH.

Your role will be to lead and deliver a project establishing new strategic commissioning and service delivery arrangements for Culture and Community Services, to achieve key service improvements and efficiencies and to meet the wider strategic priorities of the company.

Duties will include:

- Implement a change programme for the cultural and community services area to achieve their key service improvements and efficiencies
- Prepare the outline business model required of new arms-length delivery arrangements for these services
- Scope all project workstreams and deliverables required to deliver the change programme including governance and accountability, HR (employee engagement, TUPE transfer etc), finance (establishing new budgetary arrangements), and internal and external stakeholder engagement and management
- Meet all associated reporting requirements including the tracking of benefits and outcomes as the programme progresses
- Deliver a staff engagement and OD programme

Essential Skills:

- Demonstrable track record in successfully managing and delivering complex organisational change projects with staff and multiple stakeholders
- Experience of managing trade unions and employee engagement processes as part of a complex change programme
- Knowledge and experience of TUPE transfers
- Experience working in partnership contexts to deliver successful outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of public service improvement and innovation

It would be desirable if you had knowledge and understanding of national and local strategic priorities for culture, leisure and community learning and development.
