HR Project Manager

My client based in Dublin city is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large HR Systems migration. You will need to have proven Project Management skills in particular previous management of HR migration/implementation projects. SAP HR or CORE required.

Skills

- Full end-to-end responsibility for projects. A project has a specific start and end date with a clearly defined deliverable produced
- Good team-leading/customer interaction skills
- Ability to work to tight timelines and budgets
- Pro-active attitude; generates ideas and inputs to deliverables.
- Delivers on time
- PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP,  IPMA) and/or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Strong commercial and financial skills
- Strong MS Project, Powerpoint, Word & Excel skills
- Strong at managing project critical path drivers
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Can deal with ambiguity
- Can construct a high quality schedule from effort estimates
- Can construct a high quality budget from effort estimates
