Opportunity to work for a leading global organisation within the Financial Services sector. The purpose of the programme will be to deliver capabilities and process improvements.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE HR PROJECT MANAGER:
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across HR and the business.
- Be able to work as part of an existing HR team to implement the new organisation design.
- Understand a broad range of HR principles within a change role.
- Experience of end to end implementation of a new organisation design.
- Experience of working in a large and complex organisation with rigorous governance requirements.
- Has good Project Management experience.
