This is a excellent opportunity to join a top tier retail bank based in Bristol. My client is looking for an experienced HR project manager to help deliver process improvements.Purpose of the Role
- Engage with stakeholders across HR and the business to understand the impacts of a new Organisation Design
- Work as part of an existing HR team to implement the new Organisation Design, reporting into the project team
Essential Skills and Experience
- An understanding of a broad range of HR principles, particularly in a Change/Project role
- Experience of the End to End implementation of a new Organisation Design
- Experience of working in a large, complex organisation with rigorous governance requirements
- Project management methodologies
