The selected candidate will work with the business and HR departments to both understand the impacts of a new Organisational Design and work as part of a wider team to implement the new Organisation Design.
To be considered for this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Understanding of a broad range of HR principles, particularly in a Change/Project role.
* Experience of the End to End implementation of a new Organisation Design
* Experience of working in a large, complex organisation with rigorous governance requirements
* Project Management
* Experience of developing communications for colleagues/staff.
Ideally you will also have appropriate HR qualifications to support the above skills.
