Our corporate client in the Cardiff region is looking to recruit a Project Manager with some understanding of HR change programme. You will created as well as define a new set of terms and conditions. As existing staff terms and conditions are protected under TUPE then the movement from old to new is likely to be on a voluntary basis recognising that any new terms have to be financially viable.
As the Project Manager you will be involved in the following and therefore your CV Resume will need to reflect.
Job Specific Responsibilities
* HR element of the change programme, which seeks to align pay and conditions across NRW
* Work with HR and other stakeholders to define new sets of terms, conditions, pay scales, allowances, job evaluation system, working hours, travelling expenses and leave procedures that apply to all staff
* Work in partnership with trade unions to consult and then embed changes across the organisation in a transparent, structured manner
* Undertake organisational change across the business within a Prince 2 framework
