HR Project Manager

Our client is looking to appoint a HR Project Manager to develop the formal plans for the delivery of organisational change within the overall Change programme

Furthermore the HR Project Manager will be responsible for the following Work Deliverables:

*Monitor progress of work, identify gaps in the delivery of priorities and take remedial action to fulfil delivery and ensure appropriate reallocation of time and effort.
*Identify and produce required documentation and reports to agreed quality standards to support programme and project delivery.
*Influence key stakeholders and maintain partnerships internally and externally; enhancing the reputation of the HR Change Programme by responding to and resolving issues raised.
*Assist colleagues across the Change programme to meet the delivery priorities relating to projects.
*Ensure and implement appropriate governance arrangements for projects, and work with the programme and project boards and other key groups on project and programme related issues to ensure effective delivery
*Assist the Programme Manager to plan, design and specify requirements for the activities within the programme to ensure links are made with other programmes to avoid/anticipate potential risks.

Job Specific Responsibilities

*Project Manage the HR element of the change programme, which seeks to align pay and conditions across NRW
*Work with HR and other stakeholders to define new sets of terms, conditions, pay scales, allowances, job evaluation system, working hours, travelling expenses and leave procedures that apply to all staff
*Work in partnership with trade unions to consult and then embed changes across the organisation in a transparent, structured manner
*Undertake organisational change across NRW within a Prince 2 framework

The HR Project Manager will have the following Skills and Experience:

*Previous Project Management experience
*Prince2 certified
*HR knowledge including job evaluation
*Business Change and Organisation Change experience
