An HR Business Readiness Lead is needed to work alongside the Head of HR Systems for a Blue Chip British Business on a Benefits transformation project.

The end result of this project will be an online portal that will enable employees to browse, choose and change the benefits they receive.

Part of the project will be to review the current level and offering of benefits, to look at the market to review additional suppliers and to look at the range of benefits available on the market that could be of interest. The view is that they will offer a number of "salary sacrifice" schemes to be chosen.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of HR Business Processes and will have experience of Reward/Benefits systems. Having developed and rolled out reward systems and Benefits programmes you will have the experience of how such changes can impact the workforce and what business changes need to occur.

Key elements of the role will be managing supplier relationships, internal stakeholders and creating and maintaining a project/delivery plan. Working with a supplier to design the on line tool, training key users, communication the business change and ensuring a smooth transition and roll out.
