HR Project Manager

I currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced NHS Project Manager to join our client in the Midlands area and provide support with a HR related project.

You will be a solid Project Manager used to working to PRINCE2 with not only experience in the NHS but in particular working on change projects involving employees terms and conditions/pay/ways of working.

The role will work closely with a Specialist in this area and you will be required to:

- Produce project plans
- Prioritise meetings
- Project reporting (including Excel)
- Produce and maintain action logs
- Progress mapping

We are looking for a resilient and flexible individual used to using good stakeholder management and influencing skills on sensitive change projects to achieve engagement and buy-in in order to for the project to be a success. Experience dealing directly with Consultants would be a distinct advantage. Experience working to Prince2 methodology is also highly desirable.

You must be able to interview at short notice and start immediately.
