HR project lead - Restructuring specialist - South Yorkshire

There are two significant aspects to the role:

To continue to manage with support from the Trust Solicitors the consequences of recent 'executive departures' from the Trust, including potential Employment Tribunal action and associated negotiations

To lead the Trust clinical directorate restructuring work this will include:
Working with the CEO, turnaround team, Clinical Directors and other senior managers to design a cost effective structure for the future
To plan, manage and deliver the process of change including redundancy and downgrading changes including a collective consultation to achieve the agreed structure
Working to the substantive HRD and the implementation team (composed of staff form finance and HR) to implement the changes agreed post consultation

The candidate should be a credible HR person with good experience both at ET and in leading change through restructuring and redundancy and be prepared to 'roll up their sleeves' to deliver project activity, experience in medical staffing would be an advantage but not essential

This role is ideally starting on Monday 18th November.
