For a project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
HR PROJECT LEAD - IT HUMAN CAPITAL PROJECTS (4299)
The successful candidate will support the design, delivery and implementation of the strategic Human Capital agenda as well as projects/initiatives across Group IT with a number of large change processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS, ANALYTICAL AND CONCEPTUAL SKILLS WITH HIGH DETAIL AND RESULT ORIENTATION
EXPERIENCE IN ANALYSING HUMAN CAPITAL DATA AND IDENTIFYING BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, PREFERABLY IN THE CONTEXT OF A LARGE MATRIX ORGANIZATION
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF HR PROCESSES
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
Sound problem solving and communication skills
High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
Fluency in English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders with exposure to Senior Management
Lead the strategic IT discussion
Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, ie strategic workforce planning
Be sparring partner for the Head of Group IT on delivering the overall Human Capital Agenda for the division
Support and closely collaborate with the whole team to deliver thought-through core HR processes, such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Promotions as well as Compensation and Employee Surveys
Accountability for analytics, reporting and deep dive
Manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes for the Group IT team
Coordinate various initiatives/reports
