HR PROGRAMME MANAGER - PEOPLESOFT IMPLEMENTATION - LONDON

My client a Tier One Investment bank based in London, is looking for a HR Programme Manager with extensive systems implementation experience to head up a large Peoplesoft implementation. It is key that candidates come from a solid background of managing large HR Technology programmes and have proven ability to oversee business critical pieces of work. A key deliverable of this role will be managing Senior Stakeholder relationships from Board level to global stakeholders all the way to teams of business analysts and developers. It is essential that candidates have proven stakeholder management skills; shaping steering commitees and creating meeting proposals.

It is essential that the successful candidate has proven ability to manage Peoplesoft implementations end to end.

The client is in the midst of a large period of growth within this area and the successful candidate will become a key part of departmental change. It is essential that candidates come from a Solid Investment Banking background.

SKILLS:

- Programme Manager

- Strong Peoplesoft knowledge
- It is essential that candidates have previous experience managing a Peoplesoft programme end to end
- Stakeholder management is essential for these roles; its is key that candidates have proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Solid background within HR
- Prince II
- Facilitate the on-going identification and management of issues, risks and dependencies at a Project level
- Escalation point for the Project team
- Ensuring that Workstream and Programme level threats are efficiently escalated through the appropriate channels
- Accountable for the delivery of the stated Project objectives
- Resource and Budget management responsibilities for the Project
- Responsible for ensuring that weekly status reporting is provided to the Workstream
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
