Essentially, this role will entail working within an engineering change programme, working with the engineering directorate to complete a review of the current employment and employee contract structure combined with a review of the way in which the company structures it's engineering services taking into consideration consolidation, outsourcing, insourcing, closure and internal restructuring.
Candidates for this role must have a similar background gained working in engineering or manufacturing industries - any airline industry experience would be a big plus.
