HR Professional, who is a user or Oracle and been through a Oracle/ERP Implementation. 

My client a leading Oil & Energy company in Dubai, is looking for a HR Professional who is a Oracle user and been through a number of Oracle upgrades and implementations. The candidate will be an integral interface between the HR and IT departments during the planning, execution and rollout of a new HR System Implementation Project - Oracle R12. The position will bring expertise and experience of internationally recognized HR standards and how a new IT system can be implemented to   effectively support these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand current HR processes
- Lead business process workshops
- Conduct gap analysis of current processes versus recommended processes
- Requirement gathering for new HR System
- Review system module options and make recommendations
- Review alternative solutions and systems
- Vendor and solution review and selection
- Involvement with System configuration, testing, training and support
- Ensure that the final system implemented meets the needs of the DPE business environment
- Manage the behaviors and expectations regarding deliverables of the new HR System within the HR Department
- Overcome resistance and overcome barriers to change
- Provide project updates to the HR & IT Department
