Projektbeschreibung

As the Global HR Process Specialist you will be responsible for the facilitation of workshops with the global process owners to ensure the correct processes are designed and aligned to each countries HR and legislation requirements. These processes include all HR administration, recruitment and compensation & reward.

You will have the support of a consultant who is leading the design, documentation and workshops. You will need to be able to challenge and input around their work to ensure it meets with the businesses requirements.

This piece of work is part of a wider transformation that will consolidate and streamline HR globally to ensure better efficiencies and one version of the truth.

You will have strong HR process improvement, design and re-engineering experience ideally within a global setting. You will also have worked within an HR transformation programme, with experience of working on an Ulrich based Target Operating Model.
