A leading global non-for-profit organisation for an interim 'HR Process Improvement Manager' to work for a global not-for-profit organisation based in Central London.
The role is essentially to deliver HR process improvements in the UK, which will ultimately underpin the implementation of global HR processes, but also create a continuous process improvement capability that focuses on customer-focused problem solving.
The client are looking for applicants with the following experience:
*Proven HR processes improvement
*Use of LEAN/6 Sigma/Continuous Improvement methodology knowledge
*Proven experience within complex HR change programmes
*Continuous improvement projects
*Process Mapping & Analysis
*Strong people influencing skills
This is initially a 6-month contract position with a rate of £268.92/day (paid via Limited or Umbrella Company)
