HR Process Analyst: Payroll, HR, Recruitment, Excel, PM
My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking an HR Process Analyst to developer and establish a Graduate program based on Global IT Graduate Program concept.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the following areas:
-Process mapping and process improvement background is preferred.
-Functional experience in multiple HR and Payroll functional areas such as core HR, Compensation, Performance, Time and Attendance, etc.
-Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use and manipulate formulas, pivot tables, etc.
-Advanced analytical skills, utilizing many types of data from various sources
-Ability to create meaningful presentations and reports utilizing a variety of raw data.
-Project Management experience
-Preferable: experience in working with universities or other academic institutions
-Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with technical, functional experts and end-users
-Fluent English
