My client in London is looking for a HR Process Analyst to join their team for initially a 6 week contract.

As the HR Process Analyst, you will be working on a transformation program working to integrate finance, HR and supply chain, data, processes, policy and systems to support the company's vision.

HR Process Analyst required experience:
Experience of HR policy development and harmonisation
Experience producing business facing supporting documentation including How-To Guides and FAQs
Familiarity with end-to-end HR processes preferably within Absence, Core HR, Talent and Benefits.
Exposure to working with global HR policies and supporting documentation
Experience within a large scale complex change or HR transformation project
Proven ability to support efforts within a matrixed, global team of Analysts and Subject Matter Experts

Experience using Oracle Fusion system either as an end user or a systems administrator and a Self Service Portal such as ServiceNow is also desirable.
