HR Process Analyst

Banking client in London require a HR Process Analyst/Team Administrator to join on a 3 months contract paying £425/day.

The role holder will be responsible for management of HR and finance related system updates, and operating and defining internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- The management of HR and finance related system updates
- Assisting with the execution of current internal processes including 3rd party spend, hiring pipeline, on-boarding
- Execute direct requests through the group mailboxes for the hiring pipeline and organisation management processes
- Support process owners in the execution of other administrative activity
- Ensure all activity trackers are maintained, current and able to provide appropriate MI
- Provide succinct, and commercially oriented regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by Business Management eg weekly progress reports, performance against targets

Essential Attributes/Experience

- Strong background in process execution
- HR and Organisational Design experience is preferable - using standard organisational tools eg SAP
- Experience of delivering against key process indicators and SLAs
- Experience of development and implementation of processes and controls
- Strength in issue management, and problem solving
- Ability to motivate, encourage and support colleagues
- Vision to see the bigger picture
- Proficient with MS software suite, specifically MS Excel
- Strong communications skills and ability to place self in the shoes of the intended audience
- Ability to stakeholder manage at Director level and support senior decision making as the candidate will be a key business-aligned point of contact
- Good negotiation skills
