HR Policy Project Officer

HR Policy Project Officer required for my client based in London (Westminster) for an initial 4 month contract paying £20ph

The HR Policy Team leads in the development of pay, reward and HR policies, practices and procedures.

Your role will be to help develop and deliver an effective Quality assurance process as part of that overall moderation process. A key element of the role will be working collaboratively with stakeholders both within the department of HR and elsewhere in the business. You will support the development of the QA process through planning, administration and delivery.

You will be expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the department of HR and in particular with HR Advisers, HR Business Partners and L&D.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with other teams in team to develop and deliver an effective quality assurance process.
- Create and manage timeline for the project in line with the project plan
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Draft associated guidance for QA panel members and colleagues.
- Work with L&D to assess training needs for QA panel members, and identify and develop training content and material
- Plan a process for gathering information for the equality analysis of final end of year contribution assessments in relation to different groups of staff including those with protected characteristics.
- Support the Head of HR Policy in the delivery of other key elements of the IPR process including developing a process for obtaining end of year assessments from departments.
