HR POLICY & PROCESS SPECIALIST

My Client is looking for a CIPD Qualified HR Policy & Process Expert to create and document all HR Policies & Procedures with a particular focus in Employee Relations

The HR Policy & Process Specialist will have a HR Generalist background and must have a proven and demonstrable track record of process and procedure documentation

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Proven track record as a CIPD Qualified, HR Generalist

Proven and demonstrable track record managing, creating and documenting HR Policy & Process Design within large HR Transformation programmes

Proven and demonstrable experience supporting overall HR Process Framework and procedure documentation

Excellent knowledge of polices and processes across organisations and industrial contexts with the ability to spot internal best practice or introduce best practice from previous experience

Excellent knowledge in HR Employee Lifecycle and Employee Relations

Excellent stakeholder engagement

Highly organised and responsive, with good Project Management skills with ability to deliver under pressure
