My Public sector client are looking for a talented HR Generalist with working knowledge of Agresso for an interim role to start ASAP.

An interim HR manager is needed to:
- Deliver the HR elements of the organisations time recording system
- Review, revise and implement any revisions to the organisations people policies on flexitime, overtime and time off in lieu.
- Create any internal process maps/record practices that ensure the HR team can deliver its responsibilities in ensuring the system is accurately maintained.

The successful post holder will have experience of:
- working with Agresso
- implementing HR system upgrades from a HR perspective
- have experience of amending people policies in light of systems changes and consulting with trade unions on this point
- have experience of working in a Matrix project environment
- have experience of process mapping

The successful post holder will:
- be an excellent team player
- be motivated, self-starting and practised at using their initiative
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be a HR manager with a proven track record of delivery
