HR PM - Resource Planning

My client a national telecoms organisation has an immediate contract for a Resource Planning Project Manager to establish and maintain a programme of HR deployment. This will most likely run for a minimum of 3 months with potential for extension. Rate is negotiable - €450 p/d +

The Resource Planning Project Manager collates milestone status and maintains the overall programme plan. The plan is to distribute resources within the company. Both evenly and appropriately. The individual must have demonstrable Resource Planning, PMO coordination and administration experience and have a minimum of 4 years Project Management experience. Project cost control, reporting and stakeholder management experience is also essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing all PMO functions for the Resource Programme - Distribution of HR
- Adherence to internal PMO/Compliance audit standards
- Maintains document version control
- Reports on multiple programme work streams and tracks all changes to scope, budget and delivery timelines
- Responsible for Risk, Issue and Change management at PMO level

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

- PM and PMO background
- Project Management qualification would be ideal - PMP or Prince 2
- Demonstrated experience of Resource Planning and Project Management within a large organisation,
