HR Planning & Performance Management (PPM)

HR PLANNING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (PPM) - HR Ops, Financial, Performance, Planning - HR Transformation.

My client is looking for a skilled HR PLANNING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (PPM). This position is accountable for providing the people management/information to effectively and efficiently manage the organisation. You will be responsible for assuring the resource capacity is well managed through careful planning of all HR activities.

Essential Criteria:- Proven track record of rigorous attention to detail
Proven track record of converting business requirements into reporting outputs - dashboards and reports
Experience of working with business teams to create reporting specifications/requirements
Experience of planning - project or activity planning
Proven track record of analytical and numerical skills to understand and distil data, interpret trends, and provide insights
Experience of working with third party application teams to develop reporting outputs, preferably Business Objects
Proven record of communicating, written and oral, to all levels of organisations
Excellent networking and people management skills, including skill in co-ordinating and influencing business professionals in joint problem solving activities
Good listening, communication and influencing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong understanding of project management and change management
