HR Payroll Project Manager

The HR/Payroll Project Manager's primary role is to manage the transfer of processes or services from HR to a new HR Shared Services function (HRSS) within the bank. This role will be responsible for supporting all transitions migrations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Implement the strategy for Transitions Plans for EMEA, in line with each region's directions and strategies

Manage payroll migration project including: kick-off, business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing, documentation, training & change management execution ensuring compliance with project methodology.

Supervise the end-to-end execution for each Transitions Plan, which includes:

Documenting the processes and procedures using the required project templates and standards, ensuring that the required reviews by the Customer, Risk and Control, Service Centres are completed.

Performing the gap analysis against current and future state processes - developing implementation & communication plans

Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives or standardization ideas that will increase productivity and efficiency, reduce cycle or processing time and reduce error rates.

Developing the required documentation for assigned transition projects.

Driving sign offs on all required project documentations.

Updating HRSS standard scope of services repository

Experience

Excellent experience in leading projects or project management

Prior experience and knowledge of the HR/Payroll Shared Services operations.

Exposures to key HR processes: on-boarding, off-boarding, employee lifecycle with exposures preferred
