HR/PAYROLL ORACLE APPLICATIONS EXPERT - IMMEDIATE START! LARGE IT SERVICE COMPANY
This client is a large indigenous player in the Irish market in the IT Services industry. With significant operations in Dublin, they currently require a Senior HR/Payroll Consultant for an immediate start.
Joining a team of 6 others and a larger department of 30+, you will provide expert support in Oracle Applications specialising in the HR & Payroll modules with a specialisation in Fast Formula.
YOUR ROLE:
- You will customize and recode the Oracle Applications HR & Payroll modules to ensure the modules are fit for purpose.
- You will provide 3rd level support across Oracle Applications HR & Payroll modules and fix all related product bugs.
- You will work closely with various business units and the IT department to provide solutions to deploy new elements and fast formula for reporting and development purposes across HR & Payroll.
- Work with Oracle Support to resolve core product bugs.
- You will document relevant processes and support information.
- Participate in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions
YOUR SKILLS:
- You will have at least 3-5 years' experience developing, customising and supporting Oracle Applications HR & Payroll modules.
- You will have at least 6 months experience using Fast Formula
- You will have at least 5 years' experience with SQL, PL/SQL & Reports 6i.
- You will ideally have experience with XML Publisher.
- You will have experience working independently and also as part of a team.
- You will have excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities and be able to settle into a project quickly.
This is a 2-3 month contract with a potential view to extension. Rates are excellent.
