HR Payroll IT Implementation Lead (French and English Speaking)

HR Payroll IT Implementation Lead is required to work on the implementation of the French payroll project (3,800 employees, 10 legal entities, 10 sites) in the country. The IT lead will have specific responsibility for the successful planning, coordination and execution of all IT related activities, in compliance with global and regional guidelines. The IT Lead will provide guidance and leadership in all IT related areas of the project including; Interface testing, Conversion and interface input to UAT and parallel payroll and Cutover planning and execution. The role will report into an HR IT Manager EMEA based in France, and will also have a strong relationship with the local project manager, local payroll lead, local test lead and payroll vendor. The successful candidate must work with various teams and stakeholders (payroll vendor, IT Global Services (GS), Regional and Global Enterprise HR and IT team, local IT Subject Matter Expert, local HR lead, local payroll lead, regional PMO) to ensure all IT activities realistically planned, executed, documented, tracked and reported as per compliance and project management plan.
