CONTRACT ROLE/£280- £320 PER DAY

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a DBA to join them on a 5 month contract basis. You will be working on the data migration project, from the company's original HR/payroll Legacy system to another.

As a DBA, you must have a fundamental understanding and experience of database systems (either Oracle or SQL). You must be able to use your initiative to calculate where certain data is located and access it. You must possess excellent communication skills, so to communicate with relevant business users/stakeholders - some of which are technical and some of which are not.

Ideally, you must have experience of data migration projects and HR/payroll systems. Alternatively, you must have experience working with confidential data.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* Qualification in Database Administration
* Experience with HR/Payroll systems - or if not, confidential data
* Experience of data migration
* Strong communication skills
* Demonstrate a thoughtful approach to analysis and problem solving.
* Experience in Report writing
