HR & Payroll Consultant/Analyst - Bedfordshire - 6 Months

My Bedfordshire based client has an urgent requirement for a HR and Payroll Consultant on an initial 6 month rolling contract. Public Sector experience would be a great advantage.

ROLE: - Support the Process Owner and Key Business Users in the detailed design and implementation of the future business solution.

Main responsibilities include:

- Support the delivery of the detailed business process requirements to support the implementation of ESS/MSS
- Ensure documentation is robust to support the training and change management aspects of the project
- Participate in workshops, presentations and associated meetings to validate business processes
- Contribute to the development of the SAP solution ensuring good practice and efficient processes are adopted
- Identify areas for process redesign to improve current processes
- Manage agreed improvement initiatives to support the development of a robust and resilient end-to-end HR and Payroll processes.
- Undertake detailed analysis to support the HR Shared Services team to increase capacity and develop new ways of working
- Work across the functional areas to ensure a co-ordinated approach to delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of working within a project delivery environment
- Knowledge of SAP HCM
- ESS/MSS, Recruitment and Management Information
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR; preferably CIPD qualified
- Minimum of 5 years consultancy experience
- Ability to interface between a business and technical environment
