HR/Payroll Business Analysts

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS ANALYST WITH A HR/PAYROLL BACKGROUND LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGING, FAST-PACED ROLE ON A MAJOR PROJECT?

We are seeking a number of Business Analysts with HR/Payroll experience to join a major SAP implementation in an initial 6 month contract where you will be required to hit the ground running' in order to meet tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and document functional requirements
- Process mapping on an as is' and forecast' processes
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple areas, conflict resolution, break-down of high-level information into general understanding
- Stakeholder engagement to analyse information and functional requirements
- Liaise with business units, technical and support teams
- Assist with the selection process for new solutions; including the definition of selection criteria
- Impact analysis of projects which supports project change and communications planning and change readiness across the organisation, functions, teams and individuals

You must have at least 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst on large commercial, business transformation projects and be an excellent communicator.

Proven experience in understanding processes, communicating new processes to relevant parties and identifying gaps in current and future processes is essential.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A HR/PAYROLL BUSINESS ANALYST
- HR/PAYROLL SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE (EXPERIENCE WITH PAYROLL, HR, ESS)
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Change Management experience as a Business Analyst in process investigation, gap analysis, finance operations and current management and implementing new processes
- Demonstrated ability to write documents using business terminology
- Experience with researching/gathering requirements
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
