*Good numeracy and literacy skills
*The ability to work competently and accurately to deadlines
*Good time management and organisational skills
*A high degree of computer literacy
*Good communication skills
*GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
*Experience of prompt and accurate processing of payments and deduction of salaries
*Manual calculation - PAYE, NIC and other statutory deductions
*Experience of working with the iTrent system or other similar Systems
*Ability to work as part of a team
Experience of prompt and accurate payment of salaries to employees
*Experience of communication with internal/external bodies
*Willingness to take on new challenges
*Ability to get on well with a wide variety of people
*An interest in HR and Payroll
*Understanding the necessity for confidentiality
