JOB TITLE: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
START DATE: 01/02/2017
END DATE: 31/08/2017
EDUCATION (MINIMUM/DESIRABLE):
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, organizational development, or a related degree required
- Fluent in German & English, French is an asset
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role or as a specialist ( ie Trainingfurther HR qualification desirable
- Understands the business cycle, is able to discuss key business issues and to understand the related people and organisational requirements.
- Proactively builds effective working relationships with client group, internalalternative market rates are also welcome.
