HR Organisation Design Change Manager - London - Contract

My Client a global publishing organisation located in Central London is currently recruiting for a HR Organisation Design Change Manager. The position is for a 6 month contract with potential to be extended, with competitive market rate.

The HR Organisation Design Change Manager will work within the HR Organisation Development Committee and the HR Senior Leadership Team.
The HR Organisation Design Change Manager will be responsible to lead, manage, and deliver OD/Change across HR, related to the deployment of the new HR Target Operating Model.

Essential skills
*Experience of Hr core processes and operations
*OD Change ERP experience essential, Oracle HR preferred
*Skilled in the facilitation of senior audiences through complex people transition activities and issues
*Expert understanding and experience of planning and delivery of organisation design, organisation mapping and people transition
*Expert understanding of change management, capability development and change impacts
*Experience of driving the deployment of a new organisation model
*Proven ability to deliver large scale complex organisation changes
