HR Operations Specialist

Our client, a global bank in Zurich, is looking for support within the HR recruiting operations for an initial 6 month contract, with the opportunity to work 80%.

Your role would be assisting the recruitment operations with administrative tasks including invoice processing and updating lists. You would also be supporting IT relating testing activities in a UAP environment, as well as ensuring compliance checks are completed.

You should have 1-2 years' experience, from a large company, supporting complex processes and HR/recruiting related procedures. You should be competent with MS Office, Excel in particular. You must be fluent in English and German; any additional language is a plus. A background in HR would be a substantial asset.
