Project Manager (PMI, PRINCE 2) - HR OPERATIONS - Contract or Perm opportunity x 2
Immediate start for exciting new roles based in Budapest, Hungary
You will have:
Familiarity with HR operations domain - "employee life cycle" processes (Onboarding, life cycle events, HR admin. OffBoarding). Expertise in working with 3rd party solution providers. Data and analytical & mapping skills. Familiarity with industry standard "ETL" secure automated methods of data exchange. MSoffice toolset, strong leadership skills. Strong problem solving skills. Experience with quality related methodologies IE.AGILE/SIXSIGMA/LEAN. Technical integration - OHR/Interpay, Overall interface/data management. Ideally experience of liaising with staff with additional languages IE. German/French/Italian and Spanish, as well as English.
