HR Operations Design Lead - Global HR Operations

This role is within a leading, global bank and supporting the HR Operations Global Design and Transformation, leading the successful delivery of the new Employee Data Management and Org and Position Management processes through testing, cut-over and go live.

The individual will need to maintain and implement simple and efficient processes in line with the HR strategy and objectives of the programme whilst ensuring processes retain key controls and adhere to local legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

*Design & Project Management
*The individual will be required to support the launch of the new process model and play a leading role across various activities

*Communication and Stakeholder Management
*Forge strong relationships with key and senior stakeholders and Business Process Co-Leads to ensure they are engaged, informed and supportive of the Global HR Operations programme

*Subject Matter Expertise
*Acting as a key representative for Global HR operations Core Design team, provide the process and service subject matter expertise in the implementation teams (especially in relation to the governance required for design sign-off, testing and training). Excellent working up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, services and service providers.

Technical Skills:
*Extensive knowledge of Employee Data Management,
*Organisation design and transformation experience
*Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
*Some experience of writing detail design documentation from process maps
*Strategic approach with a focus on the bigger picture
*Sound industry and business understanding
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Planning/Organising and Project Management
*Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Additional key qualities:

*Extensive expertise in the field of HR service delivery
*Significant experience of managing operational teams delivering high levels of service and maintaining transactional processes
*Ability to quickly assimilate and understand the scope of operational issues and improvement opportunities in a global environment
*Ablity to quickly understand and work within/around the political environments within Business Clusters
*Must be highly credible to Operations Leadership Team, HRDs, key senior stakeholders, suppliers and service providers
*Considerable ability to 'hit the ground running' in an unfamiliar environment.
