HR Operations Consultant - 3 Month Contract

Projektbeschreibung

Consult on and project manage the design, development and delivery of a wide variety of complex business change/business improvement projects including restructures, redundancies, TUPE mobilisations/de-mobilisations and performance management.
Advise and coach business unit managers to effectively manage complex employee relations issues (for those out of scope of HR Plus such as TUPE or redundancy)
Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues referred on by HR Plus including attendance at complex case meetings/hearings when required.
Coach, develop and up skill line managers through tactical training/development activities
Advise and support leaders in communicating and understanding engagement feedback from clients and employees; advising on the development of local plans to improve engagement and specific areas of focus.
Support business units in the management of whistleblowing and compliance investigations
Support Business Partners in the management of tribunal applications within the region, supported by external legal partners as agreed.

This role is predominantly Home/office based however travel may be required to regional offices to support the various contracts
