Our Edinburgh based client is looking for an HR Officer to work within their Well being workstreams. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will responsible for managing the relationship between employees and HR and ensuring that the well being framework is maintained and continually evolving.

Key duties will include:

* Taking control of the HR policies within the well being framework
* Ensuring all policies meet legislation and organisational strategy on health and well being
* Providing analytics around HR Service Delivery model
* Launch new well being projects
* Assisting in policy management
* Working with any employment relation project or issues
* Implement new working Practices

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

* Solid background in HR roles
* CIPD or working towards
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Experienced in HR policies
* Experience in working team managers and advising on HR issues
