Graduate Recruiter - £30k to £35k - City, London- Professional Services.

My client an internationally recognised organisation within the professional services is seeking a graduate recruitment specialist to join there supportive resourcing team. Based in the city ofLondon this role offers fantastic exposure and career opportunities and is paying circa £35k plus excellent benefits.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation, to closely partner a challenging business and support the execution of attraction and recruitment strategies for graduates. Working as an integral part of a collaborative team you will drive a seamless end to end graduate programme for a specific line of business. You will deliver operationally across the following key areas:

- Marketing & Advertising
- University relations
- Campus Recruitment and Resourcing plans
- Selection , Assessment and Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Provide market expertise

- Ability to build strong relationships at a senior level
- Strong communicator
- Degree Educated
