Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
. Providing support across employment relations, organisational development, recruitment and performance management
. Designing and developing learning and development activities
. Supporting the completion of the company's people strategy including leading the annual 'people survey'
. Ensuring recruitment practices are in line with company policies and procedures and to ensure the company attracts the best possible talent
. Providing advice for employment relations issues such as discipline and grievances, and supporting the resolution of internal disputes quickly and efficiently
. Promoting fair management through providing advice and support to managers on employment legislation and performance management.
Experience required:
. Experience working at HR officer level previously
. CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
. Experience providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues
. Experience designing learning and development initiatives
. The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the organisation
. The ability to review processes
. Strong communication skills and the ability to present sensitive information in an appropriate manner
. Project experience is also desirable
The role will be an initial 9 month contract paying up to £125/day. There may be the possibility of an extension following the initial contract period.
