HR Officer - Manchester (Trafford) - £20,600 with a pay review after six months.

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join a fast paced and commercial business in Trafford for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

First stage interviews will be taking place on Wednesday 19th February with a second and final interview the following week.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding recruitment and HR officer functions, ensuring first class relationships and exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.
- Co-ordinate H R officer operations, specialist support, standards, audit and compliance, achieving HR objectives at all levels of recruitment, employee engagement, employment relations, learning and development.

You:

You'll be a results driven Human Resources Officer with working knowledge of Employment Relations, Recruitment and HR operations ideally within the commercial/property/retail sectors.
- Ability to work well with others, make clear decisions and continue to deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills, oral and written communication, report writing and presentations.
- Capable of managing ER cases quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective HR service provision.
- A professional capable of developing excellent relationship management skills with internal and external partnerships.
- Working knowledge of HR and IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly.
- A flexible approach and a sense of teamwork.
- Working knowledge of employment law and related legislation and within a high profile customer service environment
- Working towards CIPD qualification or equivalent
