Projektbeschreibung
One of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company, currently requires an HR officer.
Location: south of Brussels
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (can be extended but will depend on progress project)
Mission responsibilities:
Main focus: support the HR team in transferring personnel towards a new legal entity:
- Update all contracts, templates, documentation
- Follow-up of change in legal entity with External partners (fleet, payroll agency, luncheon vouchers and other service providers)
- Follow-up and check changes in systems (SAP, Payroll system)
- Prepare communications to employees
- Update contracts with external providers
Other tasks to support the team:
- Work on the working instructions for several general HR processes
- Prepare mobility survey (tri-annual survey on mobility within UCB)
- Ad hoc help for the team
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:
- Up to 5 years' work experience
- Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Have a good understanding of Belgian social legislation
- IT savvy, Good knowledge of excel is key, knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Detail oriented - quality mindset
- Good communicator
- Flexible and service oriented
