HR Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients' organisation within the HR team as a HR officer. The successful candidate will be involved across a wide range of HR Projects including Change delivery, Corporate Real Estate, Procurement and Change delivery. Ideally the candidate will have a strong background in project management with recent experience to draw upon The main duties for this role will include; - Supporting the HR manager in organisation and delivery of key projects that are being undertaken - Aiding the HR generalists in deciding the size of projects, deliverables, planning of resources and dashboard targets - Co-ordinating best practise methods across areas of the business which share similar characteristics to help improve service and increase efficiency - Co-ordinate the activities of HR initiatives to ensure that admin activities are aligned - Work alongside senior stakeholders for the development of business needs, presentations and proposals so as to support wider HR and also to aid the events being run by the Head of HR The successful candidate will have the following criteria; - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to make good judgement decisions in complex situations - Familiarity with data review and using the aforementioned data to make decisions - Knowledge of best practises in financial planning and analysis - Experience of project management styles - Ability to work within time constraints and deadlines - Experience of large scale organisational change effect - Skill to lead high levels of performance while being able to prioritise and simplify If you are interested in this role please forward your CV immediately
