HR Officer

We are currently seeking a fully CIPD qualified generalist HR Officer to join our organisation.  You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support in a number of areas including:

- Providing advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Conducting recruitment in accordance with defined processes
- Responsibility for salary and benefits administration and renewals
- Involvement in Immigration duties
- Involvement in EMEA wide initiatives
- Involvement in integration activities related to the UK companies under the NTT DATA group
- Responsibility for a range of employee relations issues as and when they arise
- Ownership of employee offer, induction and exit processes
- Preparation of various HR reports as required

To be successful in this role you must:

- Possess a good understanding of employment legislation, preferably including knowledge on immigration and recruitment of migrant workers 
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Be efficient  carrying out administration duties as well as coordinating and managing activities/projects
- Be tenacious, assertive and flexible in order to manage workload and demonstrate initiative
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular good Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous TUPE knowledge and experience would be an advantage
